Okeh entries untuk hari ni tah...ape-ape yang jadi la..heee...memandangkan hari ni hari Selasa, saya berada di office...kerja laa.. :) almost late this morning sebab sedap sangat tido..hee..siap ngan hujan-hujan..sejuk..zasss...hee...okeh, apa-apa pon, big thanks to officemate Mr. George sebab tolong punchkan punch card saya..haha..makaseh George.. :) Sepanjang hari ni kerja saya cuma buat pocket file untuk kegunaan office. Sebelum tu kerja simple la macam fotostat dan scan document. Di sebabkan bulan puasa, tak banyak la program untuk office..banyak terperuk dalam opis jew..tak seronokkkk...sebab bontot terpacak kat kerusi dari pagi sampai la pukul 5.00pm..today, i didn't had my lunch..hahaha.. ( gelak bangga sebab tak makan.. :p ) tup-tup pukul 3.00pm macam tu perut mula meragam sebab minta di isi...apa lagi...segala spesis bayangan makan keluar dalam fikiran yang membuatkan air liur kecur sekecur kecurnya..haaa....Menu utama dalam kepala ialah "Nasi Lalapan antarabangsa".. perghhhh!!! Tahap terbaik kalau dapat layan tuuu.... sabar jer la...menahan peperangan ulat dalam perut sambil main farmville..hahaha...sambil2 tu beloya buruk dengan kawan-kawan opis..Kak Ju, Apet, George..haha...macam-macam la cerita keluar...minta sponsor la, cerita balik raya la..kapal terbang la...adesss...ntah la..memang itu la kerja kami sementara menunggu masa nak balik...tiewwww~ saya dah tak sabar nak chow sebab nak ke bazaar..hahaha...okeiii...sampai sini saja... :) papaiii...

A Very Inspiring Story!!
Bob Richards, the former pole-vault champion, shares a moving story about a skinny young boy who loved football with all his heart.
Practice after practice, he eagerly gave everything he had. But being half the size of the other boys, he got absolutely nowhere. At all the games, this hopeful athlete sat on the bench and hardly ever played. This teenager lived alone with his father, and the two of them had a very special relationship. Even though the son was always On the bench, his father was always in the stands cheering. He never missed a game. This young man was still the smallest of
the class when he entered high school. But his father continued to encourage him but also made it very clear that he did not have to play football if he didn't want to.
But the young man loved football and decided to hang in there He was
determined to try his best at every practice, and perhaps he'd get to play when he became a senior. All through high school he never missed a practice nor a game but remained a bench-warmer all four years. His faithful father was always in the stands, always with words of encouragement for him. When the young man went to college, he decided to try out for the football team as a "walk-on." Everyone was sure he could never make the cut, but he did.
The coach admitted that he kept him on the roster because he always puts his heart and soul to every practice, and at the same time, provided the other members with the spirit and hustle they badly needed. The news that he had survived the cut thrilled him so much that he rushed to the nearest phone and called his father. His father shared his excitement and was sent season tickets
for all the college games. This persistent young athlete never missed practice during his four years at college, but he never got to play in a game.
It was the end of his senior football season, and as he trotted onto the practice field shortly before the big playoff game, the coach met him with a telegram. The young man read the telegram and he became deathly silent. Swallowing hard, he mumbled to the coach, "My father died this morning. Is it all right if I miss practicetoday?" The coach put his arm gently around his shoulder and said, "Take the rest of the week off, son. And don't even plan to come back to the game on Saturday.
Saturday arrived, and the game was not going well. In the third quarter,when the team was ten points behind, a silent young man quietly slipped into the empty locker room and put on his football gear. As he ran onto the sidelines, the coach and his players were astounded to see their faithful teammate back so soon. "Coach, please let me play. I've just got to play today," said the young man. The coach pretended not to hear him. There was no way he wanted
his worst player in this close playoff game. But the young man persisted, and finally feeling sorry for the kid, the coach gave in. "All right," he said."You can go in." Before long, the
coach, the players and everyone in the stands could not believe their eyes.
This little unknown, who had never played before was doing everything right. The opposing team could not
stop him.His team began to triumph. The score was soon tied. In the
closing seconds of the game,this kid intercepted a pass and ran all the way for the winning touchdown. The fans broke loose. His teammates hoisted him onto their shoulders. Such cheering you never heard.
Finally, after the stands had emptied and the team had showered and left the locker room,the coach came to him and said,"Kid, I can't believe it. Youwere fantastic! Tell me what got into

Bahan-bahan
8 ketul kepak ayam
Bahan A
- 1/2 cawan yogurt
- 1/2 jus oren
- 1/2 sudu kecil garam
- 1/2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
- 1/4 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar
- 1/4 sudu kecil serbuk cili - boleh tambah kalau nak lagi pedas
Bahan B
- Tepung gandum secukupnya
- 2 biji oren
- Italian parsley secukupnya
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara-cara...
- Bersihkan ayam. Toreh ayam ikut arah tulang
- Perap ayam dengan bahan-bahan A selama 1/2 jam atau lebih. Lagi lama, lagi sedap. Lagi rasa dia menyerap masuk...
- Buang air lebihan dan salutkan ayam dengan tepung. Masukkan tepung dalam beg plastik. Masukkan ayam. Tutup mulut plastik beg dan goncang-goncangkan.
- Gorenglah dalam minyak panas sehingga kekuningan/masak.
- Hiaslah dengan parsley dan hirisan buah oren...

AGAR-AGAR LAPIS PELANGI
Bahan-bahan
BAHAN A
2 sudu makan serbuk agar2
1200 ml air
200 gram gula
Pewarna- hijau, merah, biru dan lain-lain
BAHAN B
2 sudu makan serbuk agar2
400 ml santan
800 ml air
200 gram gula
1/2 sudu teh garam
CARA MENYEDIAKAN
- Masak bahan A hingga hancur- kecuali warna
- Kemudian tapiskan..letak dalam mangkuk. biarkan dalam bekas lain (kaedah double boiler) @ biarkan pakai api kecil
- Masak bahan B hingga hancur - kecuali santan & garam
- Bila sudah masak..masukkan santan dan garam..didihkan sekejap saja. Buat seperti bhn A - tapis letak dalam mangkuk..biarkan dalam bekas lain ( double boiler) @ biarkan atas api kecil
- CARA MELAPIS: Sukat 250 ml agar2 (A) letak pewarna..masukan dalam loyang..biarkan dalam 5 minit @ agak keras
- Lapisan pertama dah agk keras. Lorek2 permukaan agar2 yg dah agak keras tadi dengan garfu supaya lapisan akan melekat.sukat lg 250 ml agar2 (B) tuang dalam loyang..biarkan dalam 5 minit
- Ulangi langkah 5 & 6...hingga habis..tapi setiap kali turn agar2 (A) kena letak pewarna..ikut sukalah nk letak warna apa..TAPI jgn lupa setiap lapisan yg dh keras mesti dlorek2 dgn garfu. agar2 (B) tetap clear warna putih santan je...ala2 mcm kek lapis..haha..
Jadi...jangan tunga lama-lama k...sila lah cuba..lagi sedap sebab time cuaca panas macam ni la paling ngam!! :P Selamat mencuba...

How Forgetful We Are
My grandmother, Alice Cox, lived directly across the road from the little country church she attended. It was her job to prepare communion each Sunday. She would fill the cups with juice and the trays with bread at her house and carry them to church with her.
One Sunday, the congregation was preparing for communion time in the worship service. They sang a song and then offered up a solemn prayer of thanksgiving. Then they lifted the lid to the communion set, only to find the trays empty! Mamma had forgotten to fill the trays before she brought them to church!
The people had to wait a few minutes while she went home and got the communion ready.
This story illustrates how forgetful we can be. We might even go for a while without remembering the most important thing that ever happened—that Jesus died to pay for our sins. So in order to help us remember his sacrificial death, Jesus gave us a beautiful reminder—the Lord’s supper.
