Selepas 1st pregnancy i put on weight sangat luar biasa.. Sebelum pregnant i was at 56kg.. Since pregnant i keep on gaining more and more weight! Sampai la hujung pregnancy i weighted around 78kg!!! Boleh kira kan figure berapa jauh menaik... Gosh... But sebab pregnant I don't mind la sebab kepentingan nutrisi untuk baby juga. The problem is after giving birth.. Very hard to turunkan berat eventhou I go for an exercise every evening.. Jogging... Buat floor exercise macam pilates... Hit the gym...turun but not much impact.. Even my food intake pun control juga and still not much yang turun.. I did some research la, going thru buku zaman study tengok type of exercise yang sesuai after giving birth.. Diet yang suitable after giving birth.. Sangat different dari exercise and diet normal... Wahhh... And my first step ialah by doing aome detoxing! Not only detox rendam2 spa but dari segi something you put into your stomach. No sugar, no salt and most of all no fat! Just greens and fruits... Jujur nya, berjaya... It helps to boost metabolism and cleanse all those nasty fatty stuff dalam usus... 2 minggu amalkan, I can feel ringan nya badan.. And here are the menu for the detox drinks. Menu ini pun I dapat dari sumber google and adjust sikit-sikit... Hope this could help you too.. From 78kg I managed to turun ke 58kg... Boleh laaaa dari tidak lansung.. Hehe
