Well...well....as I'm doing my work tonight and I don't want to stressed out..I'm thinking of adding something to my blog about healthy food...yeahhh right~ I don't really eat healthy food actually but since I've read about how foods today impact our health in future, yerppp!!! It make sense! So...tonight i goggle search about how to prepare a healthy meal for your body..perfect! It is simple, yet delicious...but to those who don't eat tofu you might say "Yuckkkxxx!" Stop doing that darlings...for the sake of your body... ^_^ You should read more about TOFU..hehehe... I love it! owkaii..enough mumbling, lets continue to the main topic...Healthy Tofu!

Here are the ingredients...
- 1 14-ounce block soft tofu, quartered
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 ounces sugar snap peas, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced, greens and whites separated ( Daun bawang in Bahasa Malaysia )
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes ( Not cili kering...serbuk cili ka?
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( ....ermmm....Bijan! )
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil ( minyak bijan... )
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt
How to prepare? As easy as 1..2..3... ^_^

In a medium pot, cover tofu with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.

Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add peas and
scallion whites and saute, stirring, until peas are crisp-tender, about 2
minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl.

Mix in scallion greens, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds,
garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and 1 tablespoon water. Season
with salt.
